I have no problem with fertility, i have 3 kids. i bought this product to regularize my menstrual cycle. I have crazy time frame, it could come as late as 45 or 38 or 36 days. The first cup i bought miraculously turn my cycle to 32 days. By the time i finished the third cup, my cycle regularize to the normal 28 days
